BIRZĪ Balzams is a premium strong alcoholic drink (40%), capturing the essence of Latvian nature and artisanal craftsmanship. Unlike conventional balzams found in supermarkets, BIRZĪ Balzams is made from real, natural ingredients – fresh birch sap, birch sap syrup, birch sap vodka, and several other secret ingredients held tightly by the master distiller.
Each bottle is a true work of art – a uniquely shaped 0.5L glass bottle wrapped in aromatic birch leaves and placed inside an elegant brown cardboard box. Only 1000 bottles are produced each year, and every single one carries its own unique number, highlighting its exclusivity and authenticity.
